Automatic Soap Dispenser

This is an infrared sensor–activated liquid dispensing system designed for contact-free soap delivery in hygiene-sensitive environments. It operates using an infrared proximity detection module, which triggers the internal pump mechanism when a hand or object is placed within the sensing range.

The dispensing mechanism is driven by a miniature electric pump system, which draws liquid from the internal reservoir and releases a controlled measured dose through the output nozzle. This ensures consistent flow output with each activation cycle.

The outer housing is constructed from stainless steel combined with ABS plastic internal components, providing structural durability, corrosion resistance, and protection for the electronic control system. The stainless steel exterior is resistant to moisture exposure and surface oxidation.
