Foaming Soap Dispenser

This is an automatic touchless foaming liquid dispensing system designed for controlled soap delivery through sensor-based activation. It operates using an infrared proximity sensor module, which detects hand presence and triggers a built-in micro-pump mechanism for liquid output.

The dispensing system is engineered to convert liquid soap into foam through an internal air–liquid mixing chamber, where air is injected and blended with liquid soap before release. This process produces a pre-foamed output, improving coverage efficiency and reducing liquid consumption per use.

The device includes a 350ml internal refill reservoir, constructed from transparent or semi-transparent polymer material for level visibility and easy monitoring. The reservoir is sealed to prevent leakage and maintain stable internal pressure during pumping cycles.

The mounting system uses a strong adhesive backing or wall bracket structure, enabling installation on smooth surfaces without drilling. The design supports stable vertical placement and easy removal for maintenance or refilling.
